Hmmm thinking same here with Moorcroft !! They have decended to some very low tactics this week in my case:eek::eek:...but is it worth the hassle?....thinking I should just let it go.
Maybe rather than them going around telling how much I owe to all my neighbours/family....I should just get a big sign outside my house `I am going bankrupt so b*gger off Moorcroft ` !!
Clearly if you are in default or had something repossessed then you have no `data protection rights` left & these barstewards can get away with whatever they want.
Oh dear....sorry for the rant:eek::eek::eek::o:o:o:o
Hope you get the car company sorted Bat.0
