yes, started them 6 days ago - i think they're helping, still got the chronic daily headache, but no full blown migraine touch wood (if i have one tomorrow it's my own fault for raiding the choc)

Fingers crossed. Christmas has gone great! I'm 2 stone heavier though just about. All my decorations and tree is down now, been painting my bedroom - gotts love the cheap Tesco Value white paint! On the hunt for cheap wallpaper now - not having much luck. i want to pay 99p a roll but it aint happening, £7.99 is the cheapest so far.

Looking forward to 2010 sooooooooo much.

How was your Christmas? Ah, the choc.. I can't step away either. I have started to eat healthy - made hummous for tea (get me haha) but it's all in vain at the minute for all the cra-p still to eat too.

hmmm i'm not sure where you can get cheap wallpaper...B&Q? be good if you could get some reduced in the sales...

xmas was good...low key....had a stinking cold over xmas, finally seems to have calmed down....

well done on the hummous for tea lol
i'm eating all the carp next few days then NO MORE determined to lose some weight going to pick up the swimming again next week x
