Opened fridge door to find nothing - ate too much at the weekend.

ick, fish finger sandwich yes, horsradish yes, but not together!

Need to go out for bread but don't think I can be bothered. Plus, I lent ex £30, which was my food money, and it'll mean a lot of faffing about taking a tenner out for the bread then going to the bank to put it back in when I get it off him. But if I don't go I'll end up eating rubbish for breakfast and dinner tomorrow. Hmm, maybe if I bribe myself by saying I can have a can of magners when I get back...

SRM~Glad you got the private referral.I learned more about CP in the one time I went private than any other route sad to say.
I think peeps like us are forgotten & unwanted in the main by the NHS sad to say.
Agree Beanie-incredibly, I've NEVER been told anything about my SB, I only know what I've learnt on the 'net-I only discovered I had SB when I was thinking of trying for a baby, and went to GP to see if my hips would be strong enough after car accident, as I was told at the time (in Dubai) that my hips would never be strong enough for a pregnancy. Then GP mentioned taking extra folic acid as a precaution against SB.I guess thats why my feet are different sizes too, and why my knees are squiffy..
