Beanie-did you see my thanks earlier today for your suggestions re back pain? It's way better today, but I do think it needs looking at..it's obviously not right. I shouldn't be bent double and immobile for a week or so 3-4 times a year at my age! I think it's a combination of things..Spina bifida at birth, combined with a car crash which broke hips/back and a job that involved humping luggage around 12 hours a day didn't help! We'll see what the private chappie says.....hugs for all that are in need.....SRM xx

Thanks Sammy...I just want to get the last 5k paid off now so I have that extra bit each month and am debt free. Feel like I have this constant chain around my neck. Ive put the new tinkerbell DVD down for B for Christmas from family.

Evening all, just been for a run too but unfortunately don't have enough hot water for a bath. I love fishfingers but luckily/unluckily I dont have a freezer so dont eat them very often - off to cook pasta and veggies shortly

I have them in the freezer but because the freezer is in the shed at the bottom of the garden and I have to take all the bikes out, ladder and lawnmower I very rarely can be bothered to cook them
