I'd love a fish finger sarnie.....but I can't eat bread and DH is mega allergic to fish so I rarely have it in the house.

I did however make a lovely chorizo and mixed bean pasta bake thingy.....yums.

I'm very in awe of all you runners for even attempting to leave the house when it's cold and dark out there......so if you have a night off from it, don't look at it as a failure, look at it as a well earned cosy night in.

Had enough for a quick shower, need to remember to ask landlady to get the boiler looked at again!

Run was good, had bit of a cold the last few days so just took it slowly, had a big coughing fit half way round but it seems to have cleared everything out a bit

thanks Pooky, Ive been through the "having to train" for marathon to can't be bothered because have nothing to work towards to now being in a good place of really enjoying running again and going 4 times a week. I don't feel the pressure so I am much happier to get out there

SRM~Glad you got the private referral.I learned more about CP in the one time I went private than any other route sad to say.
I think peeps like us are forgotten & unwanted in the main by the NHS sad to say.

Chloe loved it...she has just said, its quite long though isn't it. And she was reading the box....(she can't read yet so it made me laugh:rotfl:)

now she is watching the extras.....

The pub up the road does fish finger sandwiches.....they are lush...no red sauce for me gak...spawn of the devil....

Yes you must, but I know how you feel...think I had around 6 months in that camp...only the last 3 weeks ish I have come out the other side Its a good place
