I have been so busy, the girly night was fun and cheap :D

The last minimum payments have left our account so thats another £125 off the debt.

The top cash back money is hitting the account on monday...so I am glad I cashed it.

We now have almost £900 in emergency savings and xmas so I am going to use some of this to make an overpayment I think.

I got three whoopsied free range chickens and two joints of pork the other day, so the freezer is full and I am yet to need washpowder or dishwasher tablets from the huge January shop. So I think £30 will last us the next two weeks.

So any extra is off into the saving and then I will overpay a card.

I need to stay focused and start the ebaying as I find the next two weeks before payday really frustrating as I am not paying anything off.

The pork is on and the veg is peeled....so looking forward to a lovely roast dinner.

Got to nip to the shop for some packup things, and other than that a quiet day. Its raining so think we will have a wii day with the kids.

Meal plan for the week is:

    Mon: Spag bol
Tues: kids at party, so stirfry for me and the hubby
Wed: Kids at mums after school..so maybe jacket spud for me
    Thurs: Egg and chips
    Friday: Cottage pie and veg
Sat: Spicy beef wraps and and wedges
    Sunday: Chicken dinner

Dinner was absolutely lovely,...........feel very full now!! Would love a little nap!!

I have cooked six big fat jacket spuds and I am going to freeze these for work lunches so should stop me going to the lovely pub at lunch and hopefully I will loose some weight.

At the monent tere is a pot of rice pudding in the oven for our super , as we had a dinner at four so missed out lunch. The kids can have crumpets and rice pudding after their baths.

I spent £7 on a half sack of potatoes, some veg and a tray of eggs at the frm shop. Then a further £11 on packup stuff, beans and milk at farm foods.

I am finding Farm foods the cheapest place for bread, milk , crisps and frozen fish!!
