Morning Chops, yep half term spends are unavoidable - but as Missy said your budgetting is on track and to be admired. Well done :T

That is one area I'm not so hot on. I just concentrate on not spending and trying to make a bit extra. Think I really need to get back into spreadsheets though..........thanks for the inspiration.

    Have a good weekend :)

Had a lovely tea with the family, Daddy Chops treated us again...it is kind but I wish he would let us pay. You can tell he was in the forces for years...the swift way he gets the bill and its paid before you can blink!!

Just ordered Just Dance for the wii, for £10. So plaease with that, as I have wanted it for ages.

Another party today, so stew is in the slowcooker and giant yorkies for tea!!

I am off to get little DS ready now and heading off early as once again its snowing!!!

    So off to scratch!!!!

Sounds like we're all heading for an early night!!
Impressed by the budgeting chops. I have a budget and am managing to keep my spending down but having lapsed on the spending diary I've lost track a bit of what is being spent in each category. When I finish the 'only buying essentials diet' and am debt free it's something I'll have to improve so I don't go back

I'm exhausted too today - is it a full moon tonight?! I had a few mins nap after dinner and am counting the minutes until the kids are in bed, so I can curl up on the sofa :o

We were all a very sleepy bunch last night!! I am envious of the after dinner nap BTD:D

Jellie just looked at your signature and you have made some massive payments this month, I am impressed!!

I am also hooked on the Olympics Macgirl, I now look at my ironing board and think together we could hurtle down a mountain and get gold!!!! I can dream I supose!!

I have just paid my car tax, and Hubby's and I am proud to say that both these, and my MOT have not had to come out of my wages this month.

They have come out of the savings. I am so pleased as usually these things are paid for from the dreaded overdraft!!

I only got us 6 months each tho..which mean that I need to get saving again! As August is going to be expensive enough with the holiday, lots of birthdays....so no slacking for me.

I have £190 in Tcashback waiting to pay out...so think this money may be allocated for car stuff.

I have been to the shops and I spent £36.40 on food and £10 on nice accessories and stuff. So that leaves £132.60 to last till the 14th March.

I then spent £34.16 on paint, but tht comes out of house savings so going to ignore that.

Right off to get the darlings from school

Ohh today has been a long old day!!!
And I feel as if all I have done is spend!!!

I have been buying all my shopping on my tesco credit card, and then comming in and transfering that amount from the food account.

I am being very good in paying it, and getting the points, but I bet the bank and tesco are being driven mad!!!!

I am off to get the boys to bed and then do an hour on the wii fit.

Then I want to watch the new thing at 9pm on ITV and then its the good wife!!
