Right, today was finaly payday for Hubby, and I also got my payslip so I have done the budget.:D

I had a few hours extra last month, so I got an extra £120 and for some reason Hubby got an extra £30. So that has gone straight towards paying the additions off.

    So this month's money is:

Food and general household - £250
    Kids and family treats: -|£80
    My money - £165

I am really hoping to put at least £70 of my money away.

The spending book is in my purse, and EVERYTHING shall be recorded.

I have moved all the money into the correct accounts this evening. Also paid some bills.

    So all set to go.:T

  • Nice to hear you are feeling brighter following the funeral.

I also love fresh clean sheets. Can't eat the feeling of sliding into a just made bed.

    Congrats on the budgeteering.

Hi GG noce to see you:wave:

Today is not going so well, I have los to do, and its not happening very fast!!

The house is looking a tip, so off to run round and sort that out as soon as I have finished this.

Must hoover and dust lounge, mop floors and put some washing away.

I am making a meal for Hubby tonight so I need to set the dinning room table, and fold the running machine away.

Locate TWO perfectly arched brows from one huge mono eyebrow.:)

Straighten and style hair (did not dry it properly last night..hense Kate Bush doo!!!!)

Make some love heart biscuits with the kids, knock up a choc pudding, and go to the shops.....................all before three pm!!

Hmm I have no chance, off to make biscuits and put, clean up and then have shower and do hair.

Then when Hubby gets home at three I can go to the shop.

Ahh sorry waffling. Also need to feed the kids!!

Right, I have finaly sorted my car insurance.

I am amazed at how much last years quote went up, despite not claiming and getting older??

Anyway found a cheaper quote by £30 and also get £50 cashback. So pleased with that.

Tonight I am going to do some reviews and also tomorrow night. I really need to get back into that.

We have snow..again, I am no longer loving it, it feels like the bleak mid winter!!!!!!

  • Chopster! Hello!

MrGG and I blitzed the house yesterday, after our romantic breakfast for V'day, then we did a couple of loads of washing, then that evening, put fresh clean linen on the bed, we had a nice dinner and then I was in SnoozeVille just gone 10pm.

Have a horrible feeling that tonight will go the same way, that is Zzzzz City and not all the washing, new bed linen etc.

Mondays are always tiring after the first day back at work after the weekend.

Thanks for reminding me its a 28day month! Whoop Whoop!!!!

The monday drudge is over...almost the weekend!! (I am in denial!!)

My car insurance has tracked already...I got £51.80 so pleased. It will be a long time till it pays out, but it all helps.

Got 35p on scratches this morning.

    No banking activity..which is good.

We have had our pancakes for breakf ast as Hubby is off to work soon, so washing to be done, and a quick tidy then off to the park...cause I spy sunshine!!:D:D:D
