As a matter of fact i work for British Telecom.I'm just telling you the facts.If you don't believe me you can go on Uswitch and see for your self.I'm just saying this because many of my customers have changed to Toucan and they are very happy.If you change so would you be.

If you work for BT why are you recommending your customers to switch to Toucan? Can we make recommendations to BT about you?

I am quite happy with my current set up with TalkTalk and 18866 thank you BUT I would be interested to know what department of BT you work in that you call them YOUR customers?

Gotta say I' sick & tired of calls from Toucan too.

requested they remove my number but... i've got 3 numbers at home & i rec toucan calls on each one.

i 've registered on the TPS but absolutely no help!

cant anyone stop them cold-calling?? :mad:

Coupled to this, I did not think that generally BT employees had access to the web anyway from their workplace systems as a rule, so how did you get onto this site ? Are you maybe a mole or a toucan?

The abuse from some Toucan sales people is very serious indeed and has resulted in them phoning with foul language F word etc., during day time when recipients really get angry at their non-stop calls ; everyone must report any malpractice so someone eventually can pull a plug on what must be a serious abuse of telesales

Try keeping a whistle by the phone - when you get harrassing calls blow it loudly down the phone!
