I have managed a bit of superficial flying but not much really. Ankle was doing fine but then I jolted it, squealed a bit and it's swollen again. Still, I can rest it lots tomorrow.
I'm sure BB can fetch and carry for you if needed0 -
How did you get on Holly? I managed to answer several long emails that I have been putting off but needed to be done and sorted some paperwork into neat piles that now have to be gone through but that is another HHC later on methinks!
Ouch Soappie - sit and put it up and ice it straight away again. Don't move for as long as possible!

Edited to say: Now I am reading back I can see Greenbee said it all already...:rotfl:To be frugal, you need to spend money wisely, simply spending less is not enough. If you can't handle me at my worst then you don't deserve me at my best...Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I will try again tomorrow.0 -

Madcatgirl Thats great news about your Dad.
Carlsberggal Hugs for you all.
Carol Hugs Im thinking of you.
Mudbath Well done your DS and DD :T0 -
I am so wiped out, forgot to eat lunch, well, had a scone at 1130 whilst out and just had 2 chocolate cereal bars. Feel totally wired, my blood sugar has obviously gone sky high. Hate that feeling.
After getting back from school did this lot:
- emptied DW from last night
- reloaded it
- put whites wash on
- did the dusting sorting windows etc in children's rooms
Then went out with friend and her wee one this morning. Nightmare trip her wee one who is very precious spoilt and clingy was even worse than usual and just screamed the whole time. Not fun. Plus we went to a craft village where everything was extortionate and the cafe was rubbish (as well as extortionate in there too - £2.95 for a gingerbread snowman:eek::eek:)
DD2 had a sleep when we got back and I got some bits done:
- fed her then cleared up
- kitchen bin emptied
- ironing done
- whites wash put out
- darks wash ready for putting on after school with their uniform
- BM on
- put some dry laundry away
- restocked loo rolls in downstairs loo
Drove to school (ran out of time to walk) and back and sorted loads of paperwork - got a load today that DS missed last week - more school trips etc.
They are going to see Joseph in Feb which I am sure will be great but they are asking £15 per child:eek::eek:Seems a bit steep to me. This is on top of £4 raffles tickets, £5 cake raffle tickets for Xmas fayre, £13 for "designed by them" Christmas cards, £9 for DD panto trip, and I shelled out £33 on school photos last week. Thats £79 :eek::eek:The only yhing I really could have got away without buying was the raffle tickets.Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Sorry to post off topic but I feel I'm among friends here
I have 4 tickets for Harrods Christmas Grotto on December 10th at 11.30. 2 adults, 2 children
I have just been told that it is the day of my son's christmas play:eek:.
Does anyone want to swap???
Please PM me if you can help.0 -
Hi everyone:hello:
Back off hols a few days ago but have done very little on the flying front in that time. I went to the doctor about my blood pressure this week and he has put me on tablets, so I don't know if the CBA feeling is jet-lag, back to w**k or the drugs:rotfl:
Have managed to finally finish the washing from the hols but not mch else so @I have loads to catch up on over the weekend. I also want to fit in a trip to Costco over the weekend as DS who moved in to look after the pooch while we were away, has eaten all my food:D
Off to see if I can dig something out of the freezer for dinner.
Hugs to all, especially LadyL and Toots.0
