Hello lovely flyladies :hello: my first visit for a long while; I'm still surrounded by boxes but I'm working through them gradually. I have the bathroom and kitchen organised, those are are priorities for me, the rest I can live with.

I'll be joining in next weeks thread, though probably doing a random list again. I have to spend a day at the old place cleaning and tidying through and I want to get some batch baking and cooking done. Also need to defrost and tidy the freezer prior to the christmas shop.

I've no chance of catching up with the thread - you lot could talk the hind leg off a donkey, as my granny used to say (and no I don't know what it means either :D)

    Afternoon all

    Today's list complete.

Two loads of washing on the line, including the cats blankets, and the machine has been on a cleaning cycle.

Sorted out finances, opened new savings account and altered some standing orders.

    Very stressful.

    Hi Ladies :hello:

I have already posted this but its not there

I have been MIA for a few days so not able to catch up on the thread. My back has been really sore but feels more manageable today but I am going to miss the gym out tonight just to be on teh safe side. I have been doing stuff but DH has been doing most of it, he has been doing HHC's for me :rotfl:Don't think he was feeling my pain or feeling sorry for me  he is going away for 3 days to a pool tournament with the lads so he just wanted to keep in my good books ;).

I have been doing little things like making bread and online grocery & christmas pressies.

I will update my list when I get home as DH said he would leave it spic and span for me, although his and my versions of that are totally different

Hugs to all who needs them, plenty of them to share :A take care see ya later xxx

Feeling quite pleased with my productiveness this afternoon. I've managed to source or make 9 different maths sheets (3 different abilities) and their answers, so only have Friday's left to do now - fractions word problems. My lot are bottom set, so a lot of the stuff out there already is too hard or not hard enough, so I've had to make my own. Still, the children like seeing their names in the questions.

I ended up going back to bed this morning in the end and curling up with little black furry (cat) and going back to sleep whilst watching TV, so I obviously needed some more sleep. I've still got tummy ache, but have eaten a bowl of muesli for breakfast, and am trying to decide what to have for lunch. Off to have a cup of redbush tea whilst I try to find something reasonably bland. I'm thinking marmite on toast may be a good idea.

Colleague will be coming by after work to drop off my NQT folder hopefully as I've a meeting with my mentor on Monday 1:1 for 15 minutes, so she'll expect me to have done some more in my folder.

Need to do some washing as still haven't got out to the garage to do so as OH was in there all morning and said I wouldn't be able to get to the washing machine.

Hope your tooth feels better soon serena - that's an awful lot of money to be spending at the dentist! How is DD and DSs now?

Hugs to rosepink and to LadyL and to carol. Well done on doing your presentation so well carol. I struggle in English!

Kettle's boiled, so off I go.

    Back later,

    sexymouse xx

    Hellooooooooo again!

I haven't read a single thing on the thread yet but wanted to dive in and say that my Thorntons parcel arrived this morning blissysmile.gifand I can honestly say that PURELY in the interests of ensuring things were all Ok for the Fly ladies who have also ordered; the fudge has been well and truly checked for quality control and I have in fact de-cluttered most of the bag already and have tested the Belgian chocolates to make sure they are chocolatey enough. They are, by the way, so you can eat them with confidence!! giggle.gif I am willing to sacrifice anything for my flylady friends.

I do look a bit like this though -> belly.gif

As an added bonus, the free hamper comes in a fabulous box that I shall be keeping.

Now I think I need to go lie down as I feel the sugar high about to dip..:rotfl::rotfl:
