Hi all,

Just updating my list, I've got loads done, theres plenty more to do but I'm just having a tiny break so don't let me still be here or on FB in 2 hours time!

Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs

Strip and wash bedding.. remake bed before you need to get in it! Air bed and duvet!

Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!!

Friday ~ Childrens/Spare/neglected rooms

Straighten cupboards/drawers that have things trying to escape

just an updated list before i go get food ....... have managed to get a few things done - but the important thing is that the bedroom is empty ready for tomorrow

Vacuum/mop floor

Dust and deweb
Wipe all the doors in the hall .. don't forget the front door

Clear and wipe the table/mantel/etc and put back only what should be there.
FILING.. gather up all those piles of letters and get them into some semblence of order!

Posting dates for overseas chistmas mail is drawing near.. get it gone in time!! need to check for 1 to tenerife - thanks i had forgotten!

Clear and wipe work surfaces

Wipe units and large appliances
Give one small appliance a good clean!
Level Three
and dust and deweb!
Clean the filters and [STRIKE]door seals[/STRIKE] and detergent drawers and run the machines through a clean cycle.

Wipe down all the paintwork
Wash the windows

Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!)
Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important).. And your house phone.. they must be just as vile..

Wipe down tiles in bathroom
[STRIKE] Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required[/STRIKE]

Sort through those half empty bottles or ones with only a dribble left and decant into one bottle and recycle the rest!!

Spend 15 minutes shining mirrors and picture frames

Busy morning here. I have made DD1's birthday cake, some no. 7 biscuits and banana muffins. Not quite sure how the muffins will turn out though as I only had self raising flour instead of plain so I ended up guessing how much baking powder and bicarb I should use to compensate. Also, I didn't have enough honey left so I added a bit of milk. We'll see how they taste later.

We're having a big tidy up today. I've already done 1 load of washing which will be dry in about an hour and I'm staying on top of the kitchen that I tidied and cleaned yesterday. Got the bathroom and bedrooms to do and I've delegated the lounge to DH which includes cleaning the stains off the carpet from Minnie's (the cat's) little accidents.:eek:

I'll have a quick read back the last few pages while DH cooks a late lunch. Quorn bacon, eggs, beans, muffins. Yum yum!

Football and reffing finished - soaking wet family all bathed, dried, warm, fed and now lounging, I don't expect much movement for an hour or two!

I only had enough ironing for 15 mins and my ironing basket is empty :j, sadly it won't be for long as there's a load in the td, one in the wm and one more to be washed:rolleyes:.

Although the coffee was hot on here I didnt get mine as have been busy been trying to chase the strange funds in my paypal account. Apparently I do have £92.00. Now what can I spend it on :rotfl:

Only just got around to skimming the thread because I had an unexpected visit from DS last night a flying visit from uni to see how I am :j so I'm a happy bunny today He has just gone back because he informed me he has to finish an assignment due in tomorrow.......so perhaps I was just a distraction after all :rotfl:
