Hi, Wonder if i can get some advice over this..... Couple of weeks ago i was supervising my friend in her car (learner driver). We were parked in a petrol station when another car reversed into the front of her car. We swapped details and there was no visible damage on the cars....however one of the passengers of her car…

Either the friend is injured or not, who pays the claim shouldn't come into it. What have the insurance company said about it?
