HELP! - Refund / Exchange !!!

If the phone were to be faulty then it could be taken back and a refund obtained. Phones have been known to be less than 100% reliable in the past, sometimes failing at the most opportune moments.

You can try an exchange, a friend has just done the exact same thing, funnily enough, also with the 360 which she despised....They exchanged it for a Satio.

what problems was your friend having with the 360?
-> I think i'll go in today with the "list" of problems that is wrong with it, and with the "mis-sold" approach - as i asked for all these apps on my phone and v-fone said it had and then it turns out these apps don't exist!

as far as i know you get this time know matter where you but just take it back
say your not happy with it

say you feel as if the sales advistor pushed you into buying it..

i recently went into vodafone to look at the storm2, wouldnt show me it, and insisted i got a 360... i just left... it looked crap, and it isnt a blackberry. lol

Now have the HTC - Hero which i am very happy with

I am in the same position purchased the M1 it hasn't delivered on virtually any of the functionality it promised, am very disappointed. The advice from the shop varies from the assistance online and even the online help can give you up to three different solutions to problems - none of which end up resolving the problem!! Is it worth approaching trading standards?

Your best bet is to contact consumer direct, they are the consumer facing front of trading standards.

Oooooo I was looking at the Samsung 360 H1 yesterday but after your comments I think I'll look at the HTC Hero now! Thanks!
