  • A friend is organising the refreshments for a series of presentations and is catering to suit the time. The next presentation is Saturday at 4pm, I have been asked to make a victoria sponge. What else could I make that would be suitable?, mini muffins out as she is doing them! But something on that idea I think would be good, think I will make a fresh cream sponge (as I make a mean one!), but want to go feeling as if I have made a contribution.

If you happen to have a madeleine tin, madeleines are easy to make and look a bit special :) Or maybe some small cupcakes/fairy cakes with flavoured and coloured buttercream frosting.
