I had to exchange too, would not give me vouchers even when i found jacket but could not find anything else, they said i could only exchange, so I went back looking, It was great getting 20% off again in Frasers or Debenhams, but their range is far smaller than the Oasis store. Still i was happy with what i picked :T

I bought the dress for a special occasion but it was slightly too small so i went in really to exchange the dress for a bigger size,however next size up was far too big.
having spent ages helping me to find something suitable and couldn't the sales girl said i could have vouchers,she didn't ask for receipt.
Perhaps she just wanted rid of me:o
