Thats what i told them on the phone, but didn't want to argue , in case they did start canceling others orders. Items are on their way back now!!
Oasis customer services said that their T&Cs say only 1 code can be used, and i agreed to terms by ticking box when ordering. So nothing they could do!!! :mad:

I had a look at terms and conditions and cant see where it said only one code, am i missing it?:rolleyes:

Even if it is in their terms and conditions that you can only use one code it doesn't mean that they can just charge your card what they like. They should have either cancelled the order or contacted you to confirm the additional payment amount.

Hi all

I managed 4 codes. All my paperwork shows the discounted prices of £66 and I have received the goods but still not debited from my account??

Also, I tried to exchange a top for something else and you can only exchange to the value of what you paid not the price tag value. So, I will go to another store and say I haven't got the receipt!!

Sent them back to the warehouse at oasis!!! No I work in Dorset!! completely the other end!!

i went to oasis in debenhams last night and bought 4 items totaling 91.00 which cost 72.80 with 20% off and i have still got 15.20 left on the gift card:j

How did you manage to get vouchers? Been to 2 stores and they've both said you can't have vouchers, only an exchange for something the same price! Had a struggle to find anything I liked. Seems a shame to waste the opportunity and just get a refund though.
