Received parcel today, ordered saturday :T Anyone tried for an exchange in shop yet? my jacket does not fit and its the large:eek:

I took something back today that didnt fit, changed it for another size .... just pretended I had forgotten my receipt and didnt have any problems ....;)

As Suzieq said, you should be fine....(as long as you only want an exchange or willing to accept a credit note).

In my experience, they only press you for a receipt if you want a refund.

Looks like they're definitely honouring these orders, received a dispatch email at 3.25pm for order placed v early Monday morning with the 4 codes

As far as I know it was 4 codes that were able to get through, so glad they're honoring it!! Still waiting on my dispatch email, I ordered about 3pm Monday... I guess I'm next in line!

I ordered Monday afternoon around 2:30, managed to use all 4 codes should of been around £130 paid £58 ish........
However received email confirming order saying total order cost was around £111 !!!!!!!!

Anyone know what happened?

Not yet received dispatch email and did not do next day delivery!!

No, I paid by credit card, and dont know how to check transactions until i recieve my monthly bill!!

Will watch and wait, they will be going straight back if it is the case
