Hiya all,
Sorry to say I have known of these jokers for a while, thay have been around for years. [Removed] !! mmm nothing more said. I know thay are called Accepta Build (construction) and thay are know dout working on another scam. It's ok for [Removed] the so called director sunning herself in Ibiza and we are all stuck hear it the S*** I beleave Shaun ([Removed] caring dad) has just come back from one as well. All I can say is to all. There is legal ways to get to them. Because I beleave that Shaun is in court sometime next year for fraud. Him and his slimball friend Chris Page, Everyone has to do things the legal way. It might not get your money back but it may get you the satisfaction of him spending a bit of time inside. It's all i'm doing.0 -

too many of us jumped in to this seemingly great opportunity with no thought about it, i feel really stupid for doin it now but i quickly realised there was something fishy about the company when i had to fend off constant phone calls from unhappy customers and trades working for us not being paid. It was then i realised i had to gat out, so i handed in my notice saying thanks for the chance to work here, blah blah blah and left on a good note with the promise of recieving my 3000 back in 500 pound installments, the first one to come within 2 weeks. Its now been 8 weeks and no sign and on top of that whenever i ring no one answers the phone. Am getting more than a little frustrated as you can imagine!!!!!!!!!0

Having spoken to Shaun Kiely both by phone and text he has stated that he intends to keep Accepta open despite mounting pressure from previous employees for return of contribution funding and bounced cheques for salary payments. I am very surprised Accepta has not closed completely given their financial situation (effectively writing off what people are owed!) - but they are still going and intend to do business, properly and professionally after having realised the mistakes they have made.
Shaun intends to keep the company going and pay those owed wages from bounced cheques first before making any returns on training contributions. This will not be instantly, but over a gradual period of time...0 -
Oh dear!.....that's a freebie for you...unless you want to give me your bank details?0

PS I would also abolish UNIONS and make it a very serious crime to be a member of one!
Are you for serious?
Now I am not the biggest fans of unions and am if honest a little anti them for what they do in the likes of the BA conflict, however they have their uses on alot of cases that don't get heard in the newspapers when they help employees negotiate terms, and when the employers are being wrong to the employee they step in and sort things out.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!
4 people on the ignore list....Bliss!0 -

Accepta has now gone - OWES us money! (120k)
Well done bad posters!
A few weeks ago, Accepta was awarded a £420,000 contract with a gross profit of £120,000. Accepta's entire liabilities were just £70,000 (apart from us).
The customer then saw reviews on here and pulled out at the 11th hour.
Well done to you people who started this and well done to you who promoted it and gave it legs.
We were promised £5,000 per trainee and the debt is unpaid. Not one penny has been received by us.
Every trainee who signed the contract now owes us £5,000 each as they each benefited from the training. Just pay it and pay it quick because our people need the cash and need it today.
Don't make us come and collect it!
Hi Shaun Vincent Kiely (Vinny2000)
The debt is unpaid towards employees and it is still so.
Other such monetary issues shall be laden between the directors of Accepta and their selected training provider.
An employee benefitting from training is subject to opinion. Assuming training had been given/received to begin with.
I had asked this ridiculous thread be deleted!! TWICE!! Following our very long call...
But as they say... start as you mean to go on... the issues experienced with the individual from the start paint the entire picture...0
