[As rreasonable a summary as you can make with the unknowns. Bear in mind that you can only have two cashback deals at a time with this dealer (not that too many would exceed that and such a limit with a higher risk dealer might not be such a bad thing!). /QUOTE]
Is this correct? It states in the Terms & Conditions -
16.2b 12 Months FREE line rental offers are LIMITED to 2 per Household per year.0 -
Ah... my focus is on 12 month free/12month contracts. I suspect they might interpret/apply it to any length of contract which has 12 of those months "free". Emailing them to get a written response would be useful if it's an important factor - and might tell you something about the quality and timing of their response to queries.0

As this is the first contract this should not affect me, but i might email them and see!
Maybe its to stop people ordering numerous phones for others and making from that! Although antyone doing that would be taking risks that would make Northern Rock and RBS dealings look safe!0 -
I believe a dealer called The Mobile Outlet had a similar term. They generally had a very bad reputation (although a few diehards rallied round them to the end) and went bust along with just about every other small cashback dealer at the time. Buymobilephones came through untarnished and unscathed as far as I could tell (at the same time that cpw dealers started playing dirty and Mobiles2YourDoor came to the fore, thankfully). Totally free deals must be loss-leaders unless a huge proportion fail to get all their cashback, so the dealers presumably limit contracts per household for that reason (I doubt its throught their concern for their customers' financial health!). Although not in the t&c, cpw companies also have set limits (on internet orders). I have never found that Phones4u do (again, thankfully - I've had up to five contracts simultaneously with them and a lot more in total without a hint of a problem or poor customer service, in total over a two year period. Having said that, the only thing they don't do is let you know when the phone is despatched, although they do now send texts when claims are approved).0

Bloody shame they haven't got any good deals at the mo, would be willing to pay a bit more!
I too lost out to TMO although i did have earlier and other contracts and only take what i would of needed anyway so not the end of the world. Didn't feel like that at the time though!0 -

Just decided to email them to confirm whether they need copies of front page or whole of bill and cannot see an email address, anyone got one?
Thanks0
