Your initial post spoke about pre-pay meters, but didn't specifically state you had a pre-pay meter?
Premier's detailed reply above is based on the assumption that you do indeed have a prepay meter.
If you don't have pre-pay meters(or can get rid of them) then Ebico are just not competitive for dual fuel customers - especially if you pay by Direct Debit - as there are far cheaper tariffs available from all of the major companies.0
