Unless you receive properly stamped court papers then just ignore. If you do receive them then please post them on here and on Pepippo where so they can be looked at by experts.

What should I do? Please help if you can - I feel very scared :(
We know of no cases where Debt Recovery Plus have won a defended case in court, those "wins" on their website are either default wins (where the defendant didn't respond to the court papers) or else just made up.

If it were me, I'd get a felt-tipped pen and scrawl across their letter "Bring it on, make my day you muppets", and send it back unstamped with "check enclosed" written on the envelope.

But your best bet is just to ignore it.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Don't forget that a certain Shaun Goater (idiot of this parish), who works for Debt Recovery Plus LTD, came on to this forum boasting about all those court cases. Nobody beleived him and he has not come back.

As posted elsewhere on here recently, you don't just "apply for a ccj" as they try to make you think from this www.debtrecoveryplus.co.uk/ccj/

The company is Highview Parking Ltd - based in Borehamwood. Anybody know them?

stargirl73, is it a Post Box Address? (stupid question as it probably is).

Could be a derivitive of TPS, who have one address at...

    PO BOX 599
    Borehamwood
    WD6 4ZL

Stargirl, you have read all the links on this thread haven't you? If not then just see here for copies of typical PPC letters:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2214803

You have NOTHING to worry about, some people on pepipoo deliberately collect and ignore hundreds of private tickets and all the letters which follow!
