Not always, it does depend on what you're measuring a cup of! If it's not liquid, it depends on the weight of the item. For example, a cup of ground almond is 12oz whereas a cup of currants is only 4oz. It's tripped me up a few times! My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Hi
My menu seems to have changed every day this week. I seem to have never ending veg in my fridge this week (not that I am complaining) so my menu is changing to use these up.
Also I bought 3 packs of bacon from Lidl yesterday (69p each) that are now in the freezer. Money is quite tight until the end of the month now so what I have in may have to do us. I'll probably need milk and a bit of veg but after reading this board I don't need to keep rushing out to the shops any more and tend to juggle with what we have.
Have a good day everyone
Cuddles
