Glad to see you feeling brighter Sammy.

Love to Jas, Toto (and you of course). Hope it's not too upsetting for her.

    How're you feeling today Bunny?

    Morning all!

Went to the docs this morning to get my depo - got weighed (as they always do) and my weight is the same as 6 months ago except this time I was fully clothed in jeans and wearing shoes before I was nearly naked so even with all the muscle forming am still dropping a small amount of weight which is good news :D

Good luck with the operation Jas - hope its not too nerve wracking Toto!

    Morning

Have a lot of thinking to do today. I have a very lonely weekend looming and I really can't spend it sitting around crying, or drinking too much wine, or comfort shopping, or eating take-away.

:grouphug: I used to like time alone, but now I just feel isolated. If I have something to look forward to or work towards, then being alone and being a kick-ass, powertool-wielding, saucy lingerie-wearing chick is fun and exciting, but when all I can see is day after month after year of the same looming ahead, everything just seems too much effort, and completely pointless.

(And don't even get me started on the guilt I have about feeling this way despite having 2 amazing kids for company and to take care of...)

    I'm ok.

Feel horrible about not going to work but feel worse at the thought of actually GOING to work.

Trying to get the nerve up to go to Dr but really can't have 'stress' on medical records right now, was bad enough having the whole PND thing on there... I know the Dr will offer Anti-D's and I dont need then-I KNOW what my problem is! I have been eating carbs like they will make everything better. Guess what? They aren't. Feel worse for eating 4 slices of toast. Arghhhhhh

Should go for run today but worried about someone 'seeing me' so will go under the cover of darkness...like a podgy ninja...

  • Phew. Little man has had an hours sleep but still very tired. We have given him calpol and they have just left. He's definitely out of sorts - can't bear to let his Mum out of his sight.

I now have to shower and go shopping for the stuff I need to feed 25 people for the weekend. Joy!

Mmmm haven't really done much yet today! I think I might have a go at the flylady list and make a start on the bathroom.

I have some amending of an essay for my managers course to do, which will then mean that I have finished and will just be waiting to see if I have passed!

I still think you need to go and talk about it. My doctor offered me counselling on monday - and previously in the past they have not written stress down on my records at my request. It is not really stress - its workplace bullying and i think its important that these feelings are talked about. Why don't you go and explain why you don't want this on your record. My doctor is sympathetic to this kind of thing....
