    Not totally weird - you have a good go at Mars bars, cream eggs etc every now and then...

    Then go here to work out your daily calorie needs based on your BMR and activity levels :D (I'd love to know who counts as 'very hard active' though!)

    afternnoon peeps,

    I did briskly breeze in and out a few weeks ago, well I was more like a hurricane ranting like a mad woman, Ive since had a breakdown, got some very good pills of the dr, had a break from the kids and am now back on form an tackling the debts and house work, Am sat here covered from head to foot in white paint having just done 2 coats on the ceiling in kitchen and am now that knackered im good for nothing, so the walls that are currently green:eek: will have to wait until ive got the strength back in my arms to slop some magnolia on them:D

    ps Have managed to get my DMP down from £600 a month to £105 a month so im really chuffed about that as i can get kids something for christmas now:o

    Its only rough of course because your body does become adjusted to exercise so then you need to eat less to maintain than you would think - I suspect mine is really about 2,200 not the 2,500 it says...
