    Morning all

Toto - All the best for today - hope it all goes well.

Luc - Good luck with that list

I've run the hoover round the ground floor and the 1st floor....the next lot of stairs and 2nd floor are DD1's responsibility so I've left the hoover there for her to trip over. Sorted the recycling, stuck some washing in and walked round with a bin bag picking up all the bits of tatt that get left lying around.

Turkey burgers for tea (I will get round to making them today) and lots more sewing, still loads to do before xmas.

Is this for next September Sally

Yes it is! Need to get on, get organised. OH said to me yesterday " I didn't know you were thinking about going to Uni" he saw the uni brochure and was quite huffy about it. So I replied well I have to do something now B is at school and I have no intention of sitting on my !!!! or working in a shop for the next 30 years. He might not have any drive or ambition but that won't stop me!

Your done list isn't too shabby you know;)

What are you sewing? I have a scarf half knitted and one to start (a wee one for Nathan so not so bad), a cross stitch in progress and the bits for 3 sock monkeys plus I want to make cranberry jelly again this year and perhaps some jam or marmalade - I better get cracking:eek::eek::eek:

I've got 8 sock monkies cut out ready to do, pin cushion to go in my mums hamper, DD2's patchwork quilt, pannels are done, need to actually put it altogether and then for some reason I decided to applique onto some fleece blankets for DD's....DD2 is having cup cakes and gingerbread men....DD1 is having pac-man....Can only do Dd's stuff whilst they're at school though so cracking on with those bits first.

  • morning all - nowt to report here at all..

good to see everyone getting on with it today!

Love to Jas today... tell her, her chum erin will be thinking of her today. Erin just idolised Jas in Weybiza... she was just "sooooo cool" in the way only older girls are!

    Morning

Have a lot of thinking to do today. I have a very lonely weekend looming and I really can't spend it sitting around crying, or drinking too much wine, or comfort shopping, or eating take-away.

I WILL go running (haven't been able to so far this week because Ryan has been ill). I will also try to get to the gym. And I think I will tackle the 'monster cupboard' (understairs cupboard that is more like a very small room - think it used to be a pantry). It is packed full of crap, and desperately needs sorting.

It might not be the MOST exciting weekend, but if I can force myself to do something, I will at least feel like something has been achieved.
