I had not forgotten, but as per my last post, I reminded him that the invitation to correct factual errors that I made - but had not forgotten - was specifically in regard to the post I reproduced for his benefit. (I have absolutely no problem in any factual errors in any posts I make being corrected, but he was referring to a specifc wording I had made in a particular post)
It was n't any particular post though was it GD

It was the same post that you asked to correct any factual errors and went on to say that the mobiles.co.uk Rep wasn't a liar.

All I did was went on to prove using a few examples that he was indeed a liar which is beyond dispute.
The post was exactly the same one GD I think it's only fair that you admit that ;)

Morning, Silk. Trust you have not been flooded out.

I genuinely believe that you think he is a liar. Honest I do. But I am not as personally involved and can see, from what I have read, that there may be some other way of looking at what was written. Unlike conversations in real life, we are denied facial expressions, body language, the ability to inflect a phrase or even to be absolutely 100% clear in what is written.

I have looked at some of his other posts in which he has actually written that he accepts there are problems and is trying to make changes.

Well, I would rather have him on the inside p****** out than on the outside p****** in. Now it may all be smoke and mirrors as you say, but, tell me, who else is there inside that is saying "all is not well and I am trying to improve it?".

If, all he gets is abuse, then what incentive is there for him to try, if indeed he is?

That is my sole point, really.

    Hi GD,
Not flooded here but we couldn't get to the Lakes for the weekend as it was cut off where we are there
    Thanks for asking though ;)

The problem seems to be that he does get abuse but that is because he fails on more or less all counts and all the broken promises, lies, non replies to emails and ignoring pleas of help etc etc
If he did what it says on the tin he wouldn't get anything like the stick he does.
