Internet explorer 7 very slow

Turn off the antiphising function in IE7 to speed it up, as this usually runs a check before it loads any webpage,

If any of you are still trying IE7, you should really upgrade this to the Beta 3 version (if you already haven't). This includes security and product updates to the previous beta versions. It is still a test version though, and shouldn't be used full time instead of the last full release yet (IE6).

I had a very slow IE7 runing on 1.7Gh AMD 512Mb Ram blar blar blar......

Thanks to another post earlier IE7 is runing super quick and mozilla even faster.

Hit Start on tweak tester 2 and wait untill result pops up and hit that.
Then enter info about your conection i just used the avarage speed i dial up on dsl ect.....
Then the results page opens RIGHT CLICK recommended button and open in a new tab.
There is a sample sum to work out a more accurate speed open up the caculator and do the math and refer back to the tab you left open for the info you need and make a note of the result.
Now download DRTCP021 theres a link on the recommended page Dr TCP 021.exe.
Simply run GUI and enter your result in the TCP RECEIVE WINDOW TAB then SAVE and REBOOT befor you do anything else then go back to.......

Check your new result if it says looking good then IE7 will run sweet well it did for me at least their are other options but i suggest you read the FAQ and do the test first.
