I constantly get the message download failed when I try and download from OVI - Who would I contact to try and resolve this issue? Nokia customer service?0

Don't think customer service will bother if you only have issue downloading from Ovi store.
Try downloading to your computer first and then transfer files via USB/bluetooth.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
You just need to copy your songs and music etc. to the memory card thats all.0
