The changes have resulted in a clearer and cleaner email. It displays perfectly for me. However, the dead space to the left of 'Martin's Stuff' seems unnecessary.
Making the headlines clickable is a good idea. A quick note about that feature would be good - but people are getting used to any blue text being clickable. Whatever happens, please don't underline the headlines - that would be really messy.
A word of praise for the use of English - Martin may have had a schoolteacher like mine, who always said " Never start a sentence with and or but".
I hope your work on the main site yields similar improvements. This is really crying out for the fixed width approach.0 -
Well done Martin and Team.
I am not very good at the proper English language so if it was `FANTASTIC` to start with what would it be now it's even better?0 -
Mine has not arrived - not in junk mail either!

IE7 (might be 8?)
Vista Home Premium
Will this have anything to do with the new layout? I've never not got it before.
I get this problem morag from time to time. Email doesn't arrive for several weeks then miraculously appears again. I tried blaming OH for installing too many filters but I don't think it's that as it happens without any changes our end.
I've scanned the comments with no luck and maybe I'm being dense but.... how do you access forum from new look email? I can't see the link.0 -
Much better, easier on the eye, but I feel the font needs changing, how about Verdana? I find this the the best to prevent distractions and eye strain. Just a suggestion you might like to try, but otherwise a big improvement that could be slightly better.0

Love the new look - so much clearer for visually-impaired like myself. Easier to read the key points and saves a lot of scrolling.:T0

I like it.
It's a lot easier on the eye.
Well done.0 -

Thanks for all the feedback folks. A few people say the right hand side is being cut off. It's designed so that doesn't happen and hasn't in all our testing or all the ones we've looked at. So we need to try and work out why its happening when it does
If it happens to you can you reply pls posting.
1. What operating system you're on (windows xp - mac etc)
2. What browser or email client you're looking at (e.g. gmail online, hotmail, via outloook at work etc)
3. Are you will for us to PM you ato ask a few more questions.

Like it very much: font, colours, layout - very easy on the eye and things now very easy to find - excellent.0
