Watch out when you change from BG.

I have just got a letter from EDF saying I've just started with them. BG claim they have no record of being contacted. EDF say they have contacted them, but its not unusual for BG not to do anything. BG haven't ever given me anything in writing stating the tariff I'm supposed to be on (click online). I've never managed to sign in online and check it !

Fortunately I have readings for the start and end of my brief time with BG. I'm thinking of making only one more DD payment and then cancelling it. I was only with them for 4 weeks thank goodness !

At least the switching company did their bit and paid their cashback.

I'm pleased to say I've set up my switch from BG over to Atlantic. In the end, after having possibly the worst customer service experience of my life, I couldn't have stayed with them even if they did evenually sort out my click account. I hope it all works out for anyone hanging in there.

Pleased to say that I have now been able to register for the Click Energy online billing system and all looks ok.
