Another good value restaurant not far from Covent Garden is Stockpot at the top end of Old Compton Street. It has been there since the 60s, maybe even earlier, and the food is incredible value for money. They don't take cards there though.0

On my last link, the voucher has disappeared, but the original one is still there this morning, so try this:--Tony-- wrote:For those having problems with the link on the LF website try right clicking the link then choose save target as and save the PDF on your PC, once on your PC double click the file and as long as you have adobe it will open fine.

Our local Loch Fyne excludes desserts, it is just starter and main and yes there is usually a meat course and a vegetarian one on the menu. BUT HURRY, ENDS SUNDAY !!"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0 -
I went to my local Loch Fyne (Barnet) yesterday and they are extending the promotion till the end of September. After that a new promotion will start with 3 courses for £15.0

Thanks for the tip eeperman; Barnet's my nearest LFR also.
They are also taking part in the newly started (last Sat) Times 'Dine with Wine' Bordeaux promotion where the 2 courses for £10, 3 for £15 (each + bottle of Bordeaux wine) lunchtime deal runs until March 31 2007. December 2006 is excluded.
The equivalent evening deals cost £15 and £20 but are only available Sun to Wed.
To 'qualify' you either need a neckband from buying certain Bordeaux wines or 4 tokens from the paper.
Details of the Times scheme, with lists by county of participating restaurants, can be found here:

Had a few meals at Loch Fyne this summer using this deal and they've been very good. Only bad thing is that they always charge extra for side vegetables (outside of this promotion that is).0
