Hi
I would be looking to strip down the lower control (the thermostat) . Reassemble and test.
If that doesn't work then it would probably need a new thermostat. ,usually a wax capsule , If you call Shires they might send you and exploded view of the mixer and the setting up details.

Hi...Shires has been taken over by Ideal. Try there...or might be best to get someone in...find a qualified plumber here.
