I would recommend the PC version and not let other reviews put you off
I'll try to! It's just when I'm getting reviews like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQpcO8x6NNY that aren't exactly favourable, I find them hard to ignore. :)

It's a game, if you don't understand that you shouldn't be playing. Simples.

I've played "violent" video games since I was 11 and Duke Nukem 3d came out. Never did me any harm because I was intelligent enough to understand the difference between real life and a computer game.

If you have kids I presume you're ok with them playing a game that involves smashing your head on bricks, jumping on small creatures and tripping out on magic mushrooms? :p

Maybe not but watching an animated meerkat advert has caused you to say simples instead of simple. So you have been influenced by the media, who knows you might start stealing cars or shooting up the queue at the airport.:rotfl::rotfl:

In my humble opinion it is the over 16 yr olds that are more likely to be influenced by the blood and gore seen in video games, especially those who take drugs,( as was the case with Stephan).
Under aged children playing these games know they are only 'playing a game', they don't have to imagination to try to replicate this kind 'warfare'.
I was brought up with blood and gore shown in the cinemas to make us feel 'proud' of our Country- it was called WW2. I don't think we have grown up into mass killers!
Playing war games are not responsible for the mindless knife killings we have these days, it is bad parenting and the influence of drugs in our society .By the way, I do play FPS games and enjoy them all because I am ' role playing' this is what parents need to be teaching their children.
As far as the arguments on here go , I know for a fact from the forums I go on that in the USA their kids really do own the AK45 and other weapons, and they boast about it!
    You live..You learn.:)
