They could have told you that you'd have to drink it in 30 mins as a nicety. I guess they worry people might down the lot and then throw up all over their lovely pod/get roudy with the host.

I think you should write a letter, hopefully you'll get a little something from customer services. Its always worth a try.

You maybe drank half a bottle of a £15 bottle of champers so your at best due £7.50, less the cost of disposal of the other half...BTW did you get your pic taken?
