Please run COMBOFIX

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

I've deleted the files you indicated and then tried to run Combo Fix but keep getting the message that it is not compatible with my operating system. I was running it in safe networking mode on Google Chrome and also tried running as adminstrator. I've had a look round and some people seem to have had the same problem though others say they don't so it seems to be the luck of the draw.

Put combofix onto your desktop
RIGHT click and RENAME to 'qwerty.exe'

Yes, I've already tried that but it still doesn't work. Sorry to be such a pain.
