Mumoffour77 awww was lovely reading about you Nan and what a special person she was. How lucky were you to have such an amazing person in your life. Sadly I have never had a Nan or Grandad or even a decent parent so its heartwarming to hear other peoples stories of family members. xxxx

So not heard from my manager yet.....getting quite anxious actually as I intend to go back to work next week and things should be in place like a reduced workload and access to my office.

DD1 has left college, apparently a tutor has decided that she is too behind in her work and will not catch up, she was fine for the other subjects though but they have a new policy and if one tutor says no then they have to leave. Others tutors have strongly hinted that she should return but not take any subject with that tutor as she has a reputation (the tutor not my daughter)!!! DD1 relieved and has a Connexions appointment on thursday and will see what her options are, she does intend to go back to college next year though which is something. Something will come up.

I feel a bit crapola today and as yet have not got out of bed, think its more sleeping issue rather than relapse so just going with it.

Today I will be mainly washing the contents of our suitcases and sorting through that lot.

Also need to complete a few things from my list yesterday.

    Hope Diva is ok too.

  • Well, my HHC went up the spout really as a good friend phoned and we talked for nearly an hour! She got married last month and I haven't spoken to her since so it was about time we had a catch up! We had a good old moan and got off the phone laughing, so it did us good!

Before that, I decluttered the kitchen and LR floors and hoovered them - had to empty hoover first cos it was completely bunged up from when I hoovered behind the TV last week! Have put away the shopping from Mr T that came a couple of days ago too.

DH has come home now, he can't really do his jobs as it's too wet to do what he was meant to be doing. We are going to watch Robbie Williams from y'day - I recorded it for him. I've got my light box on and will try to do some washing up and kitcheny bits later - might not be able to report back til later as DH will probably want the lappy!

    Afternoon all :hello:

Been a productive morning, I did a boat load of ironing and wait for it........ even managed to put some of it away! There is still some stuff to iron but I am calling it a day for now before I get too fed up. Watched some taped stuff while I ironed so I class that as multitasking ;):p

MOF77 it sounds like a wonderful service for gran and everyone involved :) aren't kids amazing in these situations.

Just had lunch and now going to put the newly ironed stuff away.
