I know re the dog, it was a black one too.....
erm... it's not the one that several flyladies were trying to get rid of this weekend is it ;) seriously, I hope it wasn't abandoned - I guess the problem is that you would assume that it had been left by someone nipping in to do some shopping until it had been there for ages. And not all dogs like strangers, so it was probably very disoriented.

Chicken in oven pot roasting (to stop the oven getting grubby) with veg. I should really have put it in the SC earlier today, but didn't have the energy... now I'm not sure I've got the energy to stay awake and eat it! I've made meringue with left over egg whites (I made custard for trifle on Friday) which will go on top of stewed apple.

Suppose I should go and talk to my parents...

I know re the dog, it was a black one too.....poor thing, I undertstand people get desperate, at least it was left in a public place and people spotted it.

My thoughts were the same as Greenbee's - its piggers black dog. Seriously poor thing I hop someone has just gone home forgetting they'd left it there and will return for it later :o

Ok now here's a weird one for all paypal experts. I managed to remember my login (status said I havent logged in since 22/07/2004 !!) I have only ever used it once to buy something off ebay which I had to enter my credit card details into paypal and my card was then charged for same amount. Today I discover (well I think) that there is $151.60 in there. How did it get there, is it really there for me to spend, I mean I have NEVER sold anything on ebay or had anything repaid to a paypal account. There is nothing in the paypal history either. ANY IDEAS

Ok and the reason I need to know is I want to buy something through ebay if its still up?
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
  • kaz how far back could you go in the history - it must show coming from somewhere - you could always ring cust services and ask?

Toots. I am careful and carry my phone. It was an old man I spoke too. There are lots of dog walkers. Im careful what time I go and stay on the main path.
