  • Morning all! Blood tests came back clear. Although I am still feeling tired, I am going back to work on Monday and will see how things go. Still no news on any counselling :rolleyes:

    not been the best of days for me - have been in a fair bit of pain from the infection in my tube site- my arm is very tender and red from the SF jag and I have been very tired which again I think is the SF jag - I had to cancel my evening shopping I felt so sore and fell asleep for nearly 4 hours!

    will just update my list then head off to bed

    we dont seem to have the bad weather (yet) so hugs to all that have and hope it doesnt do any damage where you are.

    Frodders - in a previous life I used to work at the RSPCA centre at Portsmouth docks. Scary place to be after dark though!

    Level One
    Level Two
    Wipe the big appliances and units.. [STRIKE]don't forget kickboards![/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
    Extras
    Clean blinds/curtains and light fittings
    Wash the windows
    HHI
    Take a freezer/fridge inventory [STRIKE]and see if you can start using it up and making space for christmas goodies!![/STRIKE]
    Tuesday ~ Living room, hall
    Level One
    Declutter and degrot the floors
    Vacuum/mop floor
    Level Two
    Dust and deweb
    Wipe all the paintwork in the hall
    Level Three
    Clear and wipe the table/mantel/etc and put back only what should be there.
    Extras
    HHI
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom
    Level One
    Declutter floor [STRIKE]and floordrobe[/STRIKE]
    Strip wash and replace bedding
    Level Two
    Vacuum Floors
    Dust and Deweb
    Level Three
    Wipe down the paintwork
    Extras
    Find some bits to send to charity shop/recycle
    Wash windows
    Sort through your make up and smellies.. are there any that can be rehomed/chucked?
    Thursday ~ Bathroom and study..
    Level One
    Level Two
    Wipe the desk keyboard monitor etc..
    Pull out the desk and clean under and behind.. :D
    15 minutes filing
    Level Three
    Empty and wash out bins
    Clean radiators/fires in these rooms
    Extras
    Wipe over sofas & chairs in these rooms
    Clean paintwork
    Friday ~ Kiddies rooms, Spare rooms or another neglected room
    Level One
    Declutter and vacuum the floor
    Tidy away all the toys and clothes and games and books that are in the wrong places
    Spend half an hour doing something for yourself.. you time is very important!
    Level Two
    Sort through a chest of drawers.. dispose of anything that is outgrown, worn out
    Level Three
    Dust and deweb
    Wipe over the bedframes and paintwork
    Binbag dance!
    Extras
    Wash windows and sills
    Sort through one box or drawer filled with miscellaneous gibble.. from any room.. it just needs it!!

    It's so windy outside! It's really noisy! The best place to be when the weather is like that, is tucked up all warm and cosy in bed, IMHO, so that's where I'm going now!
