Last nights meal went ok and BF met the kids and they all got on great!:j Pheww. Mind you playing on the Wii probably helped break the ice then we all watched a movie before kids went to bed. It felt strange but nice cuddling upto someone on the sofa but think I can used to it lol.
Kids did their bedrooms yesterday so todays jobs were easy peasy and only needed to S&S the bathroom, toilet and kitchen so thats all done.

I'm really pleased for you! Remember how you didn't really look forward to going out that night? ;)

My 2 HHCs turned into 4 without a break, so I've spend the last half hour catching up with the thread and decluttering lunch. I've just got to keep looking at how much I've achieved, rather than the mountain that's left - and hope that eventually the balance will tip the other way.

I'll quickly hoover the LR and then go upstairs with my cuppa for a bath. After that it's a quick trip to work, then to the chemist.

    See you all later.

My DD3 was due Christmas Day , but was a lazy s*d and didnt pop out til 6th Jan. Couldnt enjoy myself much over xmas and new year

DD2 was due Christmas Day too. She came on 23rd December. They were worried she's swallowed the meconium so were going to keep me in until Xmas Day but the paediatrician checked her over while MIL was visiting and MIL is a nursery nurse on SCBU and knew the doctor so the doctor let us home as MIL was only round the corner. So I walked through the door at 11pm on Xmas Eve. DD1 will be 7 on 23rd November.

Not done any flying yet as I've been out for a coffee with a friend who has got 4 weeks of work as she's broken her arm. The dog pulled her off a step when he got spooked by a firework. So we've had a good catch up.

Also, we're getting a foster cat probably today or tomorrow. A friend of the family is an alcoholic and he's not looking after himself properly, nevermind the cat, so we said we'd take it rather than it go to the RSPCA. I think it'll be put to him as being a temporary arrangement but I can't see him sorting himself out anytime soon so it's most likely permanent. We're going to take it straight to the vet to get it checked over first as its probably not been wormed/de fleaed and our cat has been. Anyone got any tips on how to introduce foster cat to our cat?

Anyway, I'm not flying until after the school run....so there!:p I'm having a lie down for half an hour so I'm bright as a button for work tonight.
