What sort of food are you munching these days?
I think its more expensive to buy healthy eating things than rubbish.Dire eh?
I am attempting a 'clean' diet Beanie that's pcos friendly. It went out the window this last week obviouslyBut yes its way more expensive but I do seem to do well on frozen veggies etc. The problem is I can't face red meat since I have been on CD so its all soya meat/fish/chicken which too can be expensive. Spent £41.65 which isn't too bad, I may need a f&V top up in a couple of weeks but its all ok really. We shall see how it goes

Well I spent another £10 on groceries
Opps, however it was some soya chicken and F&V so not too bad. I am determinded to get it under £50 next month though
I think I will use everything I have here until my freezer and cupboard is empty, I think I may need to meal plan.
Other than that I have payed another £37.59 of my debt, which take repayments to £103.07 this month :T and more importantly a debt now of £89.10. I now have £29.00 left in my bank account, so thats £10 petrol and £19 excess. I am hoping I can leave that in my bank and pay it off my debt before payday. I have 19 days until payday and I have nothing to do/buy so it should be fine
Next month if I have calculated my wage correctly I should have £188 left after bills but before groceries. So if I repay my debt and put aside £50 for groceries I am then left with £48.90Not too bad I don't think... It will allow me to have a treat.
With regards to my mini challenges they are going semi well ~
* I will buy/eat no chocolate until 15th June... Opps failed Tuesday
* No more toiletries until I have used everything... Still going well, except for the stuff I brought on holiday which I had already decided to do anyway.
* No more wax tarts/candles until I have used all the ones I have now... 100% good, I was tempted twice but I am still being good :A
I am restarting the chocolate one from today, but to also include sweets and I am still carrying forward the first two.
Still plodding :j0 -

Sarah, I do... Really nice to see you back
Beanie, glad you like it :j
So a mini update for me... I have payed another £78.21 off my debt, thanks to a very generous commision payment so that leaves £23.81 in debt :j Not too bad eh....
However I am going to add £20 to that before payday. The reason is I have just completed my first ever 5k race. I promised myself if I came in under 1 hour I will buy myself a sweat wicking top. At the moment I am running in a £10 tracksuit from Asda. There is nothing wrong with it but it doesn't help my over active sweat glandsAppart from my shoes I have brought nothing for my running so I think after just over 5 months I can buy a little something. So two tops, free delivery and 10% off is £17.98. So I am ordering them but will pay it back off on the 15th. I know I should wait but its my treat :rotfl:
Other than that I am still plodding on. I have decided once I am debt free I need/want to save for 3 things...
1) 6 months wages = £3k
2) garmin forerunner (I can get this for 0% in Argos but I want a different modal and I want to pay cash for it) = £199.99
3) Spending money for my Oct race = £100.00
My aim is for every £1 I save for 2)/3) I will save £2 in number 1). This means number 1) should grow quite quickly and I still get to save for something I want/enjoy.
Bank at present stand at £19.49 in credit. I am hoping that can be payed off my debt before payday. I have nothing to do/pay before then so fingers crossed
