Sorry if these questions have been asked and/or answered before!
How good are One Stop Phone Shop with regards Cash Back, such as payments and customer service?
I think I read the answer to this one on a thread here, but having looked, I can't seem to find it!
Am I right in saying that o2 don't do retention deals for OSPS Customers?
Thanks in advance!

You might find the cashback info in this thread, which is now a "sticky" at the start of the forum.http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=190478"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

I heard lots of horror stories so purchased my first phone with them with extreme caution. The deal seemed far too good to be true.
Customer service was a bit hard to get through to but otherwise my experience was fine. Each cashback was sent about 2-3 weeks after my claim went in.
Earlier this year I purchased another phone from them and my first cashback is due in a couple of weeks. Since CPW bought them out, the literature looks much more professional and cust. service is much easier to get thru to.
My tip is to make sure you know when and what you have to send then make sure it goes via recorded delivery.
Oh and they always put on their "free" insurance for the first month but as long as you cancel the direct debit as soon as you can then its fine. They don't charge you.
In short, 2 phones, no problems.0 -
Had no problem with them and even went out of their way when one of my 'claims' appeared not to have reached them. All monies paid satisfactorily. Have currently got 3 phones! 2 on contract and one PAYG. You can have a dozen if you like! But not very moneysaving!:cool:0
