Eh? What's that you say? I'm sorry, you'll have to speak up as my ears got destroyed at an EPIC Biffy gig last night :rotfl:
Big spends at the gig, but they were budgeted for in my Concerts/Festivals/Motorsport budget, so I am guilt free, Also had to get a new tyre for my car after a flat on wednesday, but that again comes from the Car Maintenance budget. I have recently been accused by friends of having a budget for everything, and they say it like it's a bad thing, hehehe!
So I have to fess £3.60 today on an Amaretto Latte and a Pannetoni. Was trying to cheer myself up after getting caught in the rain and soaked through to my undies. Not that I need an excuse for a latte and cake, lol.
How's everyone's week been?
P.S. Tixy, awesome lyrics!!

Got my weekly shop today, but it came from another pot, so another NSD for me. yay stayed on target- £7.50 spent this week, I would like to budget £15 for next week, as I have a theatre ticket to buy. Have a nice weekend everyoneDebt free 11/05/11!
Savings £4000/ £3000 -
Oops - spent £40 the day before yesterday for a stag party in March next year - originally the stag party was going to be an amazing weekend away for a grand total of £360 inclusive of everything - just turn up with no cash as everything (travel, accom food, drinks etc) would have been included.
However, not everyone could afford it, so plan B is a scaled down version for £100 and instead, everyone attending is contributing something according to their budget. I found on ebay what normally retails in the shops for £103.92, going for a Buy-It-Now price of £63.92, and then I negotiated the price down to £40 with the buyer! A saving that I just couldn't miss out on!
Then yesterday I spent £10 on a raffle - which was supposed to be my only planned bit of spending for the week, hence my WSC pledge of only £10.
So with 2 non-NSD days in a row, and with blowing my WSC pledge, I went that little bit further and bought a Euromillions ticket for £2 tonight's draw! Will keep my fingers crossed!:money: Proud to [STRIKE]be dealing with[/STRIKE] have dealt with my debts! :money:

F_F sorry to hear about Alice in Chains at least you managed to sell the tickets.
Kate I totally agree I think I have a budget for most things but then according to Martin this is how we should be as we then know what truely is our disposable income so it can only be a good thing. Glad you enjoyed Biffy and your deafness has subsided
Yesterday I spent £2 on lunch before the end of the working day which means I am declaing a total of £27.50 for the week. The evening was not so good on the spends I went out for a couple of drinks afterwork but one drink led to another and I got home at midnight having has no dinner
I hope you are all enjoying you weekend.Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30

No spend yesterday, and no spend today, in fact, I'd been purple this week if i wasn't for the £2.65 I spent on wednesday
I guess at least out of that money I did spend, I learnt the joys of eating porridge!
Now here is the question, if you know you need to buy something (a blue ball of yarn for a scarf that I am making, which I ran out of the blue yesterday), would you wait till next week (to keep this week's total spend) or buy it this week (to increase the chance of getting a no spend week)?0
