  • I forgot to post a money update yesterday doh:mad:

So Sunday spends were £10 (really only £6 as £4 was £2 coins that went into the terramundi) on drinks and chocolate. Yesterday no spends other than from grocery budget. Today £2 on card at work for potato wedges and a can, still money left on there for any spends tomorrow. Total so far £12

  • I'm so proud, went into town today, even went shopping with OH and did the errands, and spent ZERO pounds :money:

sent a parcel to my best friend, but used stamps we already had. Paid in a jar of change, only a small jar, into the bank and it had almost £75 in it. woot!

Well done pink_numbers, that's amazing, wow!

And all the best for the wedding True, have fun!

I spent £5 on topping up my oystercard on Monday and today I spent 40p on a bag of crisps and the usual £11.38 on cigs and 15p on a small chocolate bar lol.

That leaves me just £8.07 for the rest of the challenge, but will try my best. Am going to see JB in Le Cage Aux Folles tomorrow but ticket's already paid for so am hoping for a NSD tomorrow!

    Cheers

Does that make it a bantum weight spend day?

I have something that will do for lunch but I may venture to the canteen for extras :o

Also I am hosting a last minute bookgroup tonight so will be buying food for the hungry mob but going to take this out of the grocery budget.

Happy Hump day budgeteers (yes the song is now in my head too:D)

  • Pink thats great about the change.I love collecting change as it all adds up

Psycho - I take St Johns Wort and think its good.we went to CCCS(who are free) to work all figures out and talk to at the beginning and they are great.really helpful.

Well I had a NSD yesterday but think today I have to spend as doing a batch cooking day and need lables....I didnt lable anything last month and last night Mr Chuggington had sausage casserole ontop of spagetti as he thought it was meant to be spag bol!

Im feeling so full of cold today so think It will be a quick trip to the shop so that will hopefully make me spend less!

Good luck budgeteers : ) will be back when Ive been to the shops!
