There's some reasonable deals on Ebay at the moment, you do tend to get what you pay for quality wise.

Do a search for "torch cree" or "torch luxeon" and remember, the brighter they are the more power they are using and thus how fast they get through batteries.

If you are using it a lot you can get some with rechargeable batteries.

I have seen it argued that there is no such thing as over 5 Watt as it is just that they over step the voltage.

They also have a lifetime warranty. Never advertised, but send one back to the UK distributor and they will replace it, even if you've dropped it.
