WE HAVE SUCCESS
:D
I've been reading all sorts of websites and someone said to do this:
"I think ur problem with display resulation, when you have try to logon with safe mode it willbe ok right?
hold F8 key while booting ur PC and select " Enable VGA Mode" after getting windows you should decrease resulation from the dispaly properties menu, becoz your monitor doesnt support ur current display resulation".
And it has workedI'm soo pleased.
Thanks everyone for the help anyway!Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
Hi, I have just rec'd my Acer Windows 7 Upgrade kit with:
Acer upgrade DVD and Windows 7 DVD.
Instructions: Step 1 - Run Acer upgrade Dvd - to prepare for windows upgrade
step 2 - insert windows 7 dvd and follow prompts,
step 3 - insert Acer upgrade dvd - run Acer upgrade wizard again to install the required drivers & applications.
It seems straightforward enough - but after reading above posts - don't want to have the same trouble.... has anyone else had same problems or is it straightford - not very techie - or shall I pay to get someone to do it for me?
my laptop is Acer Aspire 5738Z
Thanks in advance0
