  • thanks for all your input! I have now closed this dispute and given her a strike & she is on my blocked bidders list - hopefully that will be the end of that!! - I have also updated to not accept bids from people with 2 or more strikes!!

    Using the new dispute process I can't see an option to add to your block bidders list.
    I've spent ages going through the 'help' process to block bidders now.
    Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
    Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

    if shes offering to pay now and you dont let her you are in breach of ebays non seller performance policy and she will probably negative you, well she will anyway I doubt unless you let her back out

    Not sure you are right there - if it has got to the stage where an unpaid strike is issued then the seller no longer has to complete and the item can be re-listed.

    If a strike has been issued, the buyer will not be able to leave feedback.

    The seller does not have to accept payment once the dispute is closed.
