What's stopping her paying the original invoice she would have got soon after the auction ended?
  • Am i the only person who is using the new unpaid item dispute?
There is no dispute- you cant reply to anything! All you can do is contact the seller direct, or pay.
If the dont pay, they cant leave feedback. End of
If they leave neg feedback, and then don't pay and get a strike, the feedback gets removed.
Once they have a strike- they cant pay or leave feedback, and any feedback they have left, gets removed.
Is anyone else using the new ebay unpaid item process or is it just me?! Im getting really confused as there are a couple of threads where people have replied and said 'if someone doesnt reply to the dispute...' but in the new process there is no 'dispute'. You either pay, or contact the seller direct, no other option.
Sorry for repeating myself!! Just v confused!!

Do us all a favour - continue with the strike and get them blocked from most sellers auctions - we could all do without buyers like this.

It's no longer 3 strikes and you are out. However, as most sellers block bidders with 2 or more strikes buyers who have two strikes effectively ban themselves from ebay.

  • I would continue with a dispute, and not respond to any more emails from the buyer

I would say to them if they don't want to end up with 3 strikes then they should have thought about that before bidding on items they aren't going to pay for and wasting peoples time.

3 strikes won't get them banned, explain this and tell them you will still be going through the disoute and that you hope they start to learn from their mistakes.

Then I would straight away add to blocked bidders list! (You need to do this asap before she gets the hump even more and starts bidding on all your other listings if you have any, just to try and make more trouble for you)
