WHAT ????- it would be very easy for Shop Direct to stop people form opening multiple accounts if they wanted (from an administration perspective) , they're a very shrewd company they obviously don't want to do this.
As for greed look at the 39.7 % APR they charge, we live in a capitalist society - this is a website designed to help consumers - wake up0 -
Just wanted to say - for those of you who have had the money taken but recieved no order confirmation etc and Littlewoods say there was no order made, don't panic! This has happened to me A LOT. The money is being 'held' in your account, Littlewoods have not actually taken it.
Halifax told me the money is basically just floating around in limbo and after a few days when it is not claimed by Littlewoods (and it wont be) it will just reappear back into your account.
Hope that helps some of you.
Do you know how long it takes to reappear back? i ordered sunday afternoon so tomorrow will be 5 working day0 -
Do these guys not learn from past mistakes.
Ok the same thing happened a while ago and they took refunds back months later. Martin had to step in. Now the same thing happens again with their website glitching and accepting the voucher code. You order and then they send you another voucher code with the confirmation email (£10 off £30 spend).
Now i have just recieved another from in2thebasket whch is littlewoods clearance for a £20 off when you spend £50.
If they want to complain about people claiming unauthorised voucher codes then they should be looking at their own marketing and IT departments for the answer.0 -
Does anyone have the tel no for Woolies customer service dept please?
The invoice says call us to report faulty goods but gives no number, and the website seems to be down.
Thanks
ETA site has been down but I have now been in contact with them. I am entitled to the voucher offer, and this is applied after the 14 day approval is over so that the correct refund is processed. If I return the items (which I am ) the offer will be held on my account and can be used if I re order. So I am happy.0 -

Personally i dont think they will honour the others and will only honour one account (one per address). I got the discount on an existing account also.
Has anyone recieved the discount on more than one account and has anyone got it on accounts that they set up speciffically for the discount?
i was registered with 3 of the 4 accounts i used, the 4th i registered just before i ordered,i recieved the code via email and in the post so am entitled to use it but the terms say 50 min spend so might not get it,will just have to wait and see 2 of the orders i was going to order anyway so will just have 2 to send back if they dont give me the discount.a few months ago i used a littlewoods code for 20% off and got my refund when i got all my items got sent out, i ordered 3 things and waited 2 weeks, 2 delivered the day after order and the last 2 weeks later and after i had the last item i was refunded will just have to wait and see if it happens agen.0 -

I was told (on Friday) that their policy is to do the refund of codes only after the 14 day approval period is up.0 -

Just worked for me at choice. Thanks:TYour greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.
