You have 14 days home approval, hang on see if you are charged/hear from them or not, then make a decision.

  • As ex-staff I can assure you they aren't, just badly organised, and badly ran. The catalogue accounts and ordering system the staff use is from the 80's, with a black screen and green writing.

I've never seen anyone posting before that has been employed by this shopping group! :D

So is it safe to order on less than £50 then?
  • I received an emai back from littlewoods today saying that if they find the code has been used without authority or abused that they will take the discount back so beware it could happen.
  • I bought items I wanted from Littlewoods who I have an account with, the items were cheaper from littlewoods than argos (pennies) but the £25 HAS been credited to my account so it seems ok for me. I'm off to get the £10 discount as well!
  • Surely once a refund for the £25 has gone through they have no rights to try and claim any money from you. They agree for £25 discount as it comes up on website, they refund it, Surely if there was problems they should cancel the order or call the customer to explain and see if they want to pay full price. They cant decide 6 months down the line that they want £25 back as surely they wouldnt have a legal leg to stand on.

Who knows? there was several 'ringers' and the code has now been fixed so I'd advise not to use the items wait the 14 days then if you haven't heard anything decide what you want to do. They are very slow to react to things though, so it could be weeks before they reversed the refund, this is how they get away with it months down the line it's not a £25 charge you haven't authorised it's a reversed refund.
